Denean has been in the real estate industry for a long time. My wife and I started our search for a condo in the DC area about 2 to 3 years ago. Denean’s wealth and knowledge and information about the entire area was extremely helpful being that my wife and I are from the Virginia Beach area I did not know a whole lot about the DC real estate market. From the very beginning, the name was very helpful and understanding that we weren’t exactly ready to start searching for a condo which was great because there was zero pressure to purchase a condo which is greatly appreciated because not being pushy was clearly a deciding factor to go with a Redfin agent. This year our lease was coming up on the apartment that we were renting in the Alexandria area and we were ready to purchase our new condo. We did find a condo that we really liked and went under contract, but unfortunately, the seller was not able to meet us at the appraisal price for a VA loan appraisal. Denean professionally handled avoiding the contract due to the seller, not willing to come down on price even though the appraisal was $12,000 less than what they were asking for it was not a big deal clearly it was not a condo that was meant for my wife and I. Within a week we found our forever condo! We ended up finding a condo that was even better than the first one that was fully renovated. Denean actually knew the seller and was able to give fantastic insight on the condo being fully renovated from top to bottom. It was an organic find being that my wife and I found it on the Redfin app. and it just so happen to be someone she knew and work with in the past. Which was great because we knew we were going to get the honest information about anything going on with the condo. We are so happy that we went with Denean as our Redfin agent we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a forever home or a forever condo! 10/10 rating she’s the best in the DC area!
